This two day course includes:
- Advanced positional shooting
- Contact distance shooting
- Long and high angle shots
- Basic building clearing
- Charging targets (including dogs)
- Shooting while moving
- Moving targets
- Multiple targets
- Use of lights and optics as well as iron sights
- Shooting through various barriers
- Ammunition limitations
- Use of covering fire
- Precision shot placement
- Multiple target zones
- Moving and shooting as a team/group
- Transitioning to handgun and back to rifle
- Fighting while wounded
- Basic combat first aid
Students should bring safety glasses, hearing protection and at least 800 rounds of ammunition for their specific carbine, and 200 rounds for their specific handgun. We offer ammunition at a discounted rate for attendees. Just let us know in advance if you plan on purchasing ammunition from us so we can make sure to have it for you at your course.
