Hosting agency or unit will receive two free spaces for any hosted course, and discounted additional spaces for their officers. For every four paid registrants from other agencies, the hosting agency will receive an additional free space in the hosted course with no limit until the course is full.
Students will learn how to instruct based upon adult learning styles and how to recognize and teach different learning styles. Students will become proficient in instructing proper stance, grip, sight alignment, trigger control, tactics, writing curriculum and range plans. All aspects of being an effective instructor and how to correct shooting problems will be covered. We cover how to deal with a problem shooter, how to document your training, and how to teach with proper attitude for each student’s needs.
