Warrior’s Agreement
If you are forced to use deadly force against someone to defend yourself from imminent serious physical injury or death, you will be the subject of a criminal investigation.
– The law enforcement agencies in your jurisdiction will investigate your use of force.
– We do not replace your attorney as your representative, but we are available as a professional, experienced, expert witness to testify to your specific training you have received from us.
– We provide a face to your training experience if you are involved in a critical incident involving the use of deadly force.
– We have personal experience investigating critical incidents, testifying in court, grand jury, criminal and civil depositions and hearings.
– Many of us have been involved in using deadly force against another person and have personal experience in the before, during and after phases of critical incidents.
– We truly have your back, and we will provide personal, in person evidence of your training should you need it.
– Your part of this warrior’s agreement is that you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner, within the law, and use the level of force appropriate for the threat presented.
– Bottom line, if you are acting in good faith and use the training we provided to defend yourself or someone else from the use, or threatened use of imminent serious physical injury or death, we have your back and will be available to you personally.
– We’ve got your back beyond the classroom and range, into the courtroom and beyond to help with your physical, legal and mental recuperation. Critical incidents are a very personal experience that few will ever have to encounter. We have resources that have worked for us, and we will gladly give you all of the knowledge we have if you are ever involved in using deadly force. You are not alone.

Our commitment to our clients never ends. That is why returning clients can repeat any course for half price, or you can bring someone with you and you can attend for free. Our training is changing as laws, needs, and rules of engagement change. As new training techniques come along that meet our guidelenes for safety, accuracy and speed we will add them to our courses. We want our clients to be confident in their abilities to defend themselves and their loved ones. The best way to do that is through continued repetative training to make your reactions automatic during a critical incident.
